All Sales are Final due to the fact that These movies and TV shows are unreleased, in the public's domain, and not official; thus can be copied easily.
We will however exchange defective /faulty discs you encounter within 7-14 days (That's 2 weeks and no later than this time frame, we are not responsible if you take a month to view the movie).
Compatibility Issues?
If there is a compatibility issue such as your DVD player can't read the discs we also have no problem changing them for you to a brand that will work on your player. For disc exchanges, return the disc(s) back to us. Buyer responsible for return shipping which is non-refundable. *Please do not send back any items without consulting with us first or your package will be returned to you unopened. Let's communicate and work out any issues you encounter within a civil manner. We are here to help you if you give us the opportunity.
