Bounced e-mails.....

We’ve recently heard from some customers who say they aren’t receiving messages from our store. If you’re expecting an order confirmation, shipping update, or any other communication from us but don’t see it in your inbox, please take a moment to check the following:

  • Spam/Junk/Bulk folders: Sometimes email providers mistakenly filter legitimate messages into these folders.
  • Email filters: If your settings are very strict, our emails may be blocked before they reach you. Lowering your filter sensitivity can help ensure you don’t miss important updates.
  • Whitelist our address: Adding our store’s email address to your contacts or safe senders list is the best way to guarantee delivery.
